The Role
You will be directly responsible for providing the sales team with pricing, timings and sales support collateral to support client pitches; you will also work with the Head of Production in deployment and progress reporting on productions; and finally work with the Account Management team in post production reporting.The Intake Producer is an experienced client-facing producer; someone who can quickly interpret briefs and recommend video strategies to turn pitches into deals. They should be highly organised, commercially minded, an excellent communicator and be flexible for the purposes of working with a number of different teams throughout the production process.Wooshii benefits from experienced and well respected staff and an extensive content creator talent pool to call on to ensure we create some of the strongest and most effective content in the market.

Key Personal Tasks
Owning the process of brief pricing at pitch stage and supporting the ideation process that the sales team take to market; including:
Creative development & concepting
Scope & budget definition
Pre-production materials
Understanding and interpreting client briefs, and in turn briefing production teams when production business is won
Monitoring and reporting to the Head of Production on work in progress
Producing post production reports for the Account Management and Sales team
Continually seek creative and innovative ways to produce innovative video content for clients while maximising available budgets
Implements a standardised review process and quality assurance monitoring process for all video projects
Minimum 5 years media production management experience in a video content sales and/or creative solutions environment
An entrepreneurial commercial mind who relishes the development of new revenue-generating concepts
A tenacious self-starter
Highly developed organisational and project management skills
Broad and demonstrable experience across video production, post production, animation, within online media
Strong written and oral communication skills
Presentation and reporting skills
