We manage video operations for some of the world’s largest brands and organisations, from Amazon to Coca-Cola and more. What are we looking for?
Wooshii is looking for a Production Assistant to join our team in the Gateshead office. We’re looking for a well-organised individual to help support our production line for multiple global brands. You will be supporting our in-house team of producers, editors, and animators learning skills related to digital video production.
Your role will include:
-Work closely with Senior Producers to respond to and deliver briefs, through pre-production, shoots, and post-production.
-Run simple video and animation projects under 20k, supervised if required.
-Receiving tasks and briefs from senior members of the team, interpreting those needs with practical ideas or/and content creators that can meet their goals.
-Content creator talent vetting and database management.
-Select and book creative teams, build delivery schedules, and work with teams to create style guides and treatments.
-Ensuring production work is completed to the highest standard.
-Manage the quality of deliverables and output.
-Assisting our production team on possible studio shoots; these duties can include tasks such as producing call sheets, sourcing teams, and general onset duties.
-Taking a proactive approach to self-development, researching, and developing knowledge in creative and innovative ways to produce innovative video content.
-Upholding company standards, ensuring business professionalism and a reputation for excellence.
-General admin and office duties as appropriate to the role.
The successful candidate will have a passion for video and will be comfortable managing multiple and varied projects with numerous clients simultaneously. Training is provided where needed.
