SALES MANAGER
The successful candidate will be responsible for sales activities, from lead generation through to close.
They will have an absolute focus on career progression and a salary to match. They will aspire to be Sales Director and be in a rush to get there.
They will have previous experience of working within a digital environment, will possess strong people management skills and be able to clearly demonstrate a track record of achievement and success.
An understanding of the digital platform, including search marketing, email marketing and social media is essential.
They must be a FAST learner. This company is moving quickly and we need people who can keep up.
They should have aspirations to build a sales channel that will require a team to support your efforts and to grow your position quickly.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Proven sales track record.
- 2-5 years of experience in sales in the Digital, Interactive, Media and/or Advertisement industry.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Excellent communication (oral and written) skills.
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
- Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals.
- Ability to work both independently and as a team player.
- Proven ability to achieve sales quotas.
