I would just like to add one thing: when you fan someone, you get the feed of their latest actions on the site ("Recent events featuring people you're a fan of"), although as you fan many people or a member does lots of things on the site, that info can be lost as the number of actions it allows is 12. Maybe a "next" button or something would be useful, in this particular area.
