Sean is definitely the guy to talk to, but since I've uploaded so many videos (!) I did on ocasion delete a few, and there's a button under the cattegories and feedback panel under the video, with "delete this video" on it. I haven't used it in a while, but worth a shot.

I've now moved it up to top right on the video page, so it's a bit more prominent!
