Want to ask a pro animator a question?

Alright guys, we have something really awesome going on for you.

We are having the chance to interview a pro animator who has worked from such movies as Pocahontas to Surf's up (and now working on TRON: Legacy, how cool is that?). His name is Keith Sintay, and he already has and impressive body of work. Check out his showreel at the end of this post.

And the coolest part is, you guys are going to submit the questions! So here are the rules:
- if you have questions, post them here on this thread
- if there's a question you like, vote it (click "like" on the bottom of the post)
- 10 questions will be selected till March 1st. By then, the 10 most voted questions will be asked to Mr. Sintay.

So... get ready and shoot those questions!

Wow that is awesome - nice work ricardo

That's fantastic! Great work Ricardo!

How did he break into the animation business when he was first starting out?

Have you turned down any jobs on creative grounds? How do you make those decisions?

Great stuff Ricardo, really looking forward to hearing what he's got to say!

Interesting stuff, I'll have to think of a question!

Is it tough to have to animate in different styles and getting it to look as it should and not as your own personal style?

What do you find to be the most effective way to animate?

Maybe this question is connected with the previous two from Nath and Eammy, but it would be interesting to know what made Keith change from 2D to 3D, personal choice or the economics of animated movies (ie lots less 2d movies being made)? And how was it adapting to a different medium?
