New post notification - link should point to the last page in the thread.

Well, I pretty much said it in the subject line. I think it would be better to have the e-mail notifications send a link to the last reply or at least the last page of the thread rather than sending one to the start.

I would also like to add that there should be an email preferences option as to whether you receive new post notifications or not.
