Great on-line services for rich media creatives, (video & film-makers, animators, flash guys)

I am really keen to find out what other services our users love. It should be really useful for us all to share the services we use and why we find them useful.

Do you use other video sharing sites? (which and why)
Do you use services to upload your work to multiple video sharing sites?
Where do you go for advice etc

www.vimeo.com
By far the best professional free video hosting site out there. It looks good and clean (as opposed to youtube & the like) and most professionals upload their stuff there.

http://www.creativecow.net/

My primary source for technical and sometimes creative advice.

http://motionographer.com/

Great place for inspiration and a very good job market as well. All free.

http://www.syfy.com/ (couldn't live with out it. I'm a geek).

And speaking of geeks:
http://www.thinkgeek.com/

And always. Google, Google Docs, Google Wave and Wikipedia.

i usually submit my flash cartoons to:

http://www.newgrounds.com/ - simply because it brings in plenty of attention to my work (needs at least 200 views/votes to pass judgment)
http://www.albinoblacksheep.com/ - all new flash are put on the front page in blog form, allows for plenty of attention

i submit my art to:
http://www.deviantart.com/ - while its hard to get any attention, its still nice if you really want to work to get viral
http://www.artician.com/ - great site with a lot of neat features. relatively new.

for advice and etc:
http://www.cartoonbrew.com/ - nice place to find news on cartoons, as well as projects that are in development
http://scribblejunkies.blogspot.com/ - new, very helpful blog created by two master animators

now for inspiration:
http://www.kcgreendotcom.com/ - i love this man's comics
http://www.mspaintadventures.com/ - wonderful, albeit very long series
http://www.harkavagrant.com/ - hilarious and very spot on
http://www.octopuspie.com/ - very charming and clever
http://www.chickennation.com/ - incredibly talented artist
http://www.weirdurl.com/ - my friend zekey has been a rather large inspiration to me
http://www.somethingawful.com/d/flash-tub/ - i'd be a horrible liar if i didnt say i loved the flash tub
http://mcbean.newgrounds.com/ - just completely great

ok im just going to stop now

For 3D art, www.cgsociety.org is a great and very valuable resource. You can showcase your work, enter challenges and competitions, search forums for eduction and troubleshooting, and stay up to date with the latest industry news.

I agree with Andrei about Vimeo.com. It's by far the most professional and accomodating video hosting site on the web! They are known for being able to post high quality video. Their newest feature is posting 1080p video!

Vimeo.com

Newgrounds.com (Unprofessional but lots of exposure, and sometimes Tom (The Owner) Front pages new artist's animations)

Campnorth.tv (When it is no longer under construction which it has been for like a year, it used to be up but Nath (HE IS A MEMBER HERE!) Had a horrible server or something)

um i have a few more but they are places where artists/animators talk so I don't know if they really count because they are not really serious sites.

No, no, google for absolutely everything.
