Hi Andrew,
Just looking back at our messages either way, and rereading your attached script, I thought it fair to enumerate areas that may cause you problems with it!
The script is a bit wordy for my taste, and is a bit forced - the dialogue is unnatural combined with the handheld look - the Omnia vid works because the dialogue is very very casual.
Also, you will certainly hit IP problems - Elvis and Teletubbies are two of the most jealously guarded brands in the world, and using them in public is just asking for trouble. You could try licensing them, but I doubt you can afford to license them for use in a commercial, they're both premium. If you're lucky, the brand owners will just get you to take down the video. If you're unlucky, they'll see you as a big company who should know better and come after you for money. Of course they may never find the video, but if you're putting it in public, and want to attract eyeballs, you run the risk.
So, I hope that's helpful - it's why I thought more about other ways to carry a similar message but with what I feel are more cohesive pitches. Your opinions may vary ;-)
All the best, and I hope you find what you're looking for :-)

Hi Andrew,
I'm glad I could help with my tilt / shift related posts. Hiring a production company will generally be expensive, I'd imagine they have to pay their bills, but then again you must know better how are the prices on your local market.
I'd personally almost always go for the film option, but if you decide to go ahead with the project and the film solutions you find are still to expensive I'd be happy to offer my services.
As for your "Unboxing" concept, I've read it and I find interesting but at the moment I am already involved with two scripts soon to enter in pre production stage and I have my hands pretty full. I would've liked to give it a go but under the circumstances I risk taking on too much work and end up not doing everything right.
Anyway, should you be pitching other projects in the future, again, I'd be happy to give it a try.
Kind regards,
Andrei

Hi Andrew,
The tilt/shift option is do-able at your budget range, give me a few days to pull the right crew together and I'll pitch for you. Andrei, if it was your suggestion in the first place, respect, good idea :-)

Hi Andrew
We’d like to pitch for your tilt-shift project too - we’ve plenty of production/post-production experience (with a few varied examples here on Wooshii). We’ll get some specific material together for you and send it over.
Thanks
Si

Hey Andrew, this is Alan Silva. I own a small production company in the USA and I would also like to send you some video of what we can do here in the states. We will upload a sample in the next few days. Hope we can help. also, I agree with paddy on using recognizable figures on your videos. You can be very creative and original and still catch a good audience!

Would love to be able to send it to another address, please contact me at 'info@edmundcurtis.com'

Hi Andrew,
Enjoyed pitching for the tilt shift project. Would love to hear your feedback from it as we have secured three great locations in London already.
Hope this helps.

Edmund

Hi, thanks very much for your interest but although you were among the three we considered, it looks like we'll be moving forward with another pitcher. Very sorry as I was impressed by your work. apologies for late response - i just now noticed the responses here that needed attention - my bad.

Is tilt shift commercial pitch still active? Or has the idea been dropped?
Thanks,
