General - Answers

1. How are payments processed?

Payments are processed through PayPal.

When a project is posted, we take a listing fee of 15% plus fees for any add-ons.

When a pitch is chosen, the buyer pays the pitch fee into escrow - giving the chosen creative confidence to create the media, knowing the money will be paid on completion.

When the buyer is happy that the work is completed, they mark the project as complete. Wooshii then sends the payment to the creative's PayPal account (minus the 15% Wooshii fee).

2. Can I change my username?

No. Your username is your unique identifier and it is what users use to determine reputation.

3. Can I change my email address?

Yes. You can change your profile information at My Home > Profile > edit details. You can also alter your email notification settings - go to My Home > my email preferences.

4. Can I change how often I receive Wooshii updates?

Yes. Simply login to your My Home > my email preferences and change the settings. Remember of course that Wooshii notifications give you information about your projects that we would not want you to miss.

5. How does Wooshii handle disputes?

We take disputes very seriously. Generally we find that people are good and that disputes can be resolved amicably and quickly. If you do run into a situation that needs resolving then contact Wooshii on disputes@wooshii.com and we will work to create a mutually amicable solution. If, however, a decision cannot be made between the two parties then three Wooshii directors shall determine a course of action that shall be considered final.
