1. How do I post a project?
To post a project, simply click on 'Post a Project' in the top menu and follow the instructions.

2. Can I cancel a project after it is posted?
No. Once your project goes live, creatives will put time and energy into submitting proposals. You can, however, withdraw your project if you have received less than 10 proposals by the Project expiry date

3. What is the project guarantee?
If you don't receive at least 10 pitches from our creatives then you are free to walk away with your full project budget. If you see something you like then of course hang around.

4. What is the cost of posting a project?
We charge 15% of your budget. This must be paid before the project goes live. Payment can be made by either PayPal or by any credit/debit card that PayPal accepts.

5. Can I change project details?
You can change the details of a project up until the moment you receive your first bid. Simply go to My Home > Buyer then choose your project and use the edit buttons. Once you have received bids, however, you may no longer change any details of your project. You can use the 'Comment' facility to add further comments or information.
