Daniel started animating at the age of 14, never receiving any formal training, everything he knows and does has been through trial and error. Daniel started animating at the age of 14, never receiving any formal training, everything he knows and does has been through trial and error. At the age of 17 he won his first film festival and not long after begun working at Bazar Studios, animating flash banner ads, creating micro sites, and several other short films. After leaving the studio in 2008 Daniel begun to try to find his own way in the industry, working on the music video for the song "Like a Brother" for the Australian band "The Basics", with current projects covering everything from illustrating children's books to creating promotional animations for musicals. Daniel is known for his bright color palettes and preferred slightly retro approach to animation and storytelling.
